Who is Eligible to Attend?

You must:

Be at least 18 years old

Be a U.S. citizen or legal resident

Have no disqualifying criminal convictions

Be able to pass a background check (required for commission application)

Note:

Final Special Police commissions are issued by the Maryland State Police after application, fingerprinting, and approval.
